I personally don't like to hear that people are going off the rules of the fast. Stanley Burroughs wrote the guidelines for specific reasons. He has many reasons why he picked grade B... Read the book about why its that syrup, and I think you'll agree that you should wait for the darker of the two. The syrup is a HUGE part of your nutrients and energy, so veering from the rules on this one isn't the brightest idea.
