Hello, I have similar symptoms, including skin itching and wounds. I have had mri, it was a chronic ischemic diagnosis, after a few months it was clean, at this time I often had a headache. I think this is something that migrates all over the body, I see 2 with tunnels, now I feel it in my mouth. There are insects or beetles, my pets are all sick. I tried all the drugs but nothing worked. A veterinarian said, there are mini-mosquitoes that lay the eggs on the dog's ears, which will then mow. Maggots, which are very small, can only be seen microscopically. Since the wounds show a way, I assume that they are maggots they come to the skin surface to get air, I have had several biopsies, all were negative, I can explain that these worms come to the surface Skin and then they go on, so you never find anything where the wound is. I have a microscope, on the skin I sometimes find yellowish-brown foreign bodies, it looks like an egg from something. There must be maggots or any anatrichosome spp. I have visible tunnels and excursions, always at the place where is the migration. Sometimes it is deep in the tissue, sometimes in the subcutis, My muscle tissue is totally flaccid and in the places where I have the migration, the skin is hypopigmented - to the lips, which heal sore very long.
