There was an hour that it was hard yesterday, as I thought someone was going to ask me to go to a restaurant and I really would have loved to say yes, but luckily they were too tired, which made it easier at that point. yehh day 1 done :)

just a heads up, I will be eating Saturday August 5th, that was part of my plan, but after that I don't plan on stopping the fast.
