Good job. I am a bit surprised that after 20 days all the smelled tempting to you. By now your body would reject all foods that re not natural. Good thing you resisted.

Once again don't put anything but water in your mouth. You wake up your digestive system that way. You can brush with water or h2o2 and also use tongue scraper.

Rest as much as you can
