This is called a food intolerance and good chance it's an intolerance to casein a protein found in cows Milk . I also suffer from this , whenever I eat something with hidden dairy I get severe cramps , bloating , pain under my right rib (puts stress on you're gallbladder), pain in you're mid back as well. They are called casein curds or pods . Symptoms can last several days to weeks it is because we lack the proper enzimes to digest this particular protein I have yet to find a cure other then saying Clear of all dairy
