If you are not eating any protein then your body will begin releasing large amounts of cortisol to break down muscle to provide the amino acids that your body needs. The cortisol will suppress your immune system which is not something that you need if you have problems with candida.
I think that you should try some amino acids to provide something for your body to work with. Try some Branch Chain Amino Acids and then if that is okay then add the other essential amino acids.
To solve your problems you have to heal your Increased Digestive Permeability. That is why you are reacting to everything and why you have brain fog. All the recommended nutrients to do that do not work. The only way to fix it is to destroy the infection(s) in your stomach and they are highly Antibiotic resistant. That will also fix your stomach acid problems. No conventional Antibiotics will destroy them. Did you have a test for helicobacter pylori? What about a urea breath test?
An article I came across as I am thinking about using Cinnamon essential oil myself as an Antibiotic against my stomach infections. Cassia e.o. is higher in Cinnamaldehyde than zeylanicum cinnamon but also contains higher amounts of coumarin which is liver toxic. Zeylanicum bark e.o. is probably the best and is what I am looking for.
