Hi there, it sounds like a hormonal imbalance as hursuitism, Acne and male pattern balding tend to be excess androgen hormones.

A fantastic book to read is The Hormone Cure by Dr Sara Gottfried. She clearly explains all the different hormones and what each of them does and gives dietary and supplemental advice for each situation.
