Hi I do have very good peristalsis the colonic therapist says. I find if I wait a day the next day it's compacted so I will start eating prunes and get them moving on there own. I have started to feel better today so I'll ween myself off them. I use dr wilsons golden coffe mainly for health reasons. I've started the low cab diet 10 days ago which could also be causing issues. Many thanks.
