I personally know people who can not go to a toilet without enema.

One woman who is now in her 60s got addicted almost 30 years ago. It was not coffe enama she was using, it was just plain water enema.

And she knows other women who are like her.

Do not get me wrong, she is a beautiful woman who looks at least 15 years younger than she really is, she is actually very healthy, health conscious, but she can not go to a toilet, so she does one water enema per day to replace for her lazy colon.

She thinks her dependency on enema was created by using enema. She used enema because of constipation.

These are real people who I know personally.

For you that can be just a nonsense, for them, it is something they will have to do the rest of their life.

It affects their ability to travel, etc.

The whole point is:
Some people can take enema daily and not get dependant, others can't avoid dependency.

I am of course talking about doing it daily for weeks or even months, not about doing it just 7 days in a raw.

It is easier to become dependant on something you do for many weeks, than on something you do just for a few days.
