Can I please get help identifiying if this is possibly ibs, or maybe a parasitic issue? Yesterday's stool looked weird and had some small white hard stone like pieces. Today there was mucus. This is for my 5 year old who has been sick a lot with no known cause. I have been trying to detox him naturally with greens/fruits/probiotics. I think he may have passed a small worm around June 17. He also passed what appeared as Gallstones right before.







**Edited to add image of what appears to be a worm in stool..I put in a baggie and planned on showing the Dr but by next Morning didn't look the same
