Thanks! I'm actually feeling better now. I had a terrible BM yesterday...the worst I've ever had...EVER! (sorry) Now there's no more pain, no more cramps...Hooray! And I've restarted on Day 1 today...the right way. I drank my tea last night, went to church this morning (for assistance with spiritual strength), and am getting ready to enjoy my first lemonade. I'm definitely more motivated than ever. I'm shooting for 20+ days...but I'm just gonna take it one day at a time.
