What do you exactly mean with "healed"?

In my case my lips are raw and the outer layer of my lips is not able to grow back. And if it does, it immediately peels off once it gets in contact with water.

So does that mean your skin grew back completely? And what happened after one week? Did it peel off and became raw again?
