Impossible to know:

That thing on your photo looks like bile mixed with small hard particles.

Those small hard particles can be either food leftovers, or cholesterol from bile.

It can also be gallbladder sludge.

Impossible to know what is exactly inside your gallbladder.

Sometimes, stones inside gallbladder "decide" to come out on 10th or 20th flush.
