Day14,

I had another nasty bowl movement last night, ruined some brand new calvins 😕 Same as before but moments later I'm feeling brand new.

Slept very well and had a great day at work, my liver only ached towards the end of the day which is positive too. Overall, easy day I hope it continues like this.

My tounge is no longer white, in fact it's looking real healthy. My breath is smelling better but still not great 🙃

Tomorrow will be the half way mark, feeling optimistic 👍
