Thank you, I assumed I was loosing so much because I am considered morbidly obese. I started my Water Fast at 375lbs 6 foot 10. I am now down to 348lbs. I always get so bored sitting around doing nothing and wanted to walk but the way you put it I'm not to sure if it's worse risking me passing out if not death. I won't let the scale discourage me, overall this Water Fast so far has taught me a lot. I made a very ambitious first water fast. I've never fasted and I'm determined to do it for 28 days.
