Water enema!

That is all I have to say.

All of your problems were most likely cased by the content of your intestines.

Not visiting toilet at least every third day while on the Water Fast (the first 10-20 days) can initiate some very serious symptoms, and can even send people to a hospital or in rare occasions even to death.

I have read of several cases of people who died while water fasting, and I am really wondering if they were poisoned by the content of their intestines.


If you are not eliminating, especially during the first 10 days of your water fast, please take a clean water enema and keep your colon clean.

You should at least take water enema every time you have some serious symptoms.


All of the other smaller problems will go away on its own, but complete constipation during your Water Fast can actually kill you!


You can safely take enema every 2-3 days of your fast, and I know many people who take it every day, or at least those days you don't empty your bowels naturally.

This question is one of FAQ, and this is one of my most frequent answers.

Ond, once you are done with fasting, and your bowels work again, please take some liver flushes.
