So, I'm not sure if this is usual or not but I am now on Day 9 of my hopefully 30 day water fast. The past two days I haven't lost ANY weight at all? I've been drinking if not a gallon of water a day and haven't been doing much to prevent dizziness I've been really prone to. My first 7 days were absolutely crazy I lost over 25LBS of raw fat but I just hit a brick wall yesterday and today, loosing a grand total of nothing? Anyone have any ideas? Should I be getting in light walks? If so for how long?
