I would start invermectin as a precaution. It can be done daily till you have situation figured out.

When Eyes are involved, I typically suggest DEC Dimmitrol tiny dose, piperazine citrate, natural piperazine nPPZ, to control any blood borne or filarial stage issues.

Has your vision been getting dim or out of focus.

Barberry, vitamin A (carlson's), rose hip seed tea, Lutin, and Orange Juice or Ester C, Vitamin E also are good ideas to start.
