You are describing a flat, white, and red worm complicated infection.

The sequence to clear the body is quite long.

Cysts are deposits of cellulose.

Red worms or Strongyloides can cause these.

Unfortunately you describe other infections, which make immune system weak, and the need to clear these infections quickly to limit the damage they do.
