Hi! I'm on day 4 of a (hopefully) 9 days water fast. My problem is, after I end the fast, I will have only 12 days of staying home, after that I will go on a 2 weeks 'trip'. I will do the first 3 days on the road with other 59 people, so I'm concerned about the food part, because I'm sure I will have to bring sandwiches, cans and things like that. Do you think 12 days is enough for my body to get used to foods like this? I really don't know what to eat after the fast. I'm afraid that as soon as the trip starts,and I will stop eating only fruits and vegetables I will put on weight fast. Any advice? Thanks
