I just did my first Liver Flush last night and I must say. I feel better and more calmer! Last night I was hesitant to do it becuz of other forums about Liver Flushes are intense and hard to do but I found it easy and not so painful, except for having my last meal before 2:00 in the afternoon. I started getting a headache at around 8:00 but I said to myself "You can do it". So I followed the procedure; stopped eating at 2:00 pm, put 4 cups of water in a jar added four tablespoons of epsom salt. Waited till 6:00 to drink one cup of it, then at 8:00 drank another cup and at 9:55 drank a cup of olive oil along with lemon juice, drank it all down and went right to sleep afterwards. The next day I woke up, I drank water and had to go, so I went and felt the stones coming out of my... yeah. I ended up going three times during this morning and I feel better!
I probably will do a few more the following 3 weeks until my liver and Gallstones are cleaned up.
