In general the Master-Cleanse is going well. Doing almost everything the book says. I skipped the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) twice within the 10 days of my MC. On day 10 I had almost no energy at all. Should I end the Master-Cleanse or continue? Also, I know the book says to drink fresh OJ when I end. But has anyone had anything else right away? Steamed vegetables? Vegetable soup? Any other fruit juice? Even a simple salad.
