I'm going to let someone else address the rest of your post, and just answer your last two questions. If you are Water Fasting and absolutely have to eat out, order bottled water. If you eat something, you are breaking your fast. Make sure you tip the waitress, she will be ticked that you didn't buy anything (which is another reason to buy bottled water, so that you will have bought something).
