There are just 2 possibilities:

1. it is a leftover from something you ate

2. it is something that is growing inside your digestive tract.

There are 1000 different species of microorganisms that live naturally inside human digestive tract, and many others that may get stuck there when those that are suppose to be there are killed off by Antibiotics .

Many of those microorganisms build bio-films.

The only way to know what it really is would be by looking at it under microscope, by a trained eye.
