Backstory: Im 17 years old, and I've been suffering from horrible symptoms for years. I was about 14 when it got really bad. My symptoms that can be linked / attributed to candida are;
social anxiety
extreme lethargy
visual snow
poor bowel movements
fungal nail infections
sinus issues
diagnosed with adhd and autism
spaced out feeling aka dp/dr
low libido
etc.

Anyways, so the past few days I had been trying out intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet, I started to feel nauseas and thought it was just the keto flue i had heard about.

I thought i was just hungry, and luckily, guess what i decided to eat? a huge spoonful of organic virgin coconut oil. After that something was really wrong. This was the most intense nausea i'd had in years.

I try to run to the bathroom but the sickness is so bad i can barely move. I do somehow find the strength to make it to the toilet, after id spewd all over the walls and carpet, which will be a great load of fun to clean up afterwards (sarcasm)

Anyways so at first it's just water and coconut oil, then these stringy looking things came out and i suddenly realised, could that be candida??

My theory is that because I had already starved the candida of Sugar by eating a ketogenic diet, that spoonful of coconut oil was enough for them to give up trying. They knew I wasnt going to let them ruin my life.

If it's not candida or a parasite, I'll be sort of stumped to what is causing my various life ruining physical and mental illnesses.
