I'm about to do my first Liver Flush in a couple of days. I know I need one because my body is still toxic. I did a colon flush a couple of weeks ago and now focusing on to the liver. I'm kinda hesitant to do it because I heard it's intense. I bought the ingredients today; epsom salt, olive oil and Apple Juice which I am now drinking the Apple Juice for the time being until I do the flush. Has anyone here done a liver flush? Can you tell me what it was like? Whats the worst thing about it?
