In a squat position after getting off the toilet this came out.
I have never seen these seed things before in the bottom left, not one time do I recall ever seeing this. My diet has been wheat bread sammys, fresh fruit, pita breads and hummus, and last night I had a burger off the grill with corn on the cob and baked beans. I generally have not had any sweet drinks or sugars if I can help it, yesterday I did cheat a little bit and had an Arizona green tea in the can. Other than that nothing but water for fluids.
