Day 7 - felt good all day except for one stressy moment. No MCT oil & drove to work and drank 2.5l of water so far.

Had a ache in my right side towards the end of work, I assume it's my liver? When I saw my GP during my juice fast I had the same complaint. He said it was likely that I had a fatty liver due to the amount of weight I had lost and which my liver had to process. Is it a disease? Anything I can do sooth the pain? It's fine while I'm resting 👍

Tonight I'm going to sleep like a baby 👶
