Just came off my fast at day 5... I also had unpleasant symptoms but nothing that caused me concern that shouldn't continue. Mild headache started on day 3 and I was experiencing lower back pain that seemed to be in the kidney area... not all the time but throughout. Wasalso spacey on day 3 but day 4 seemed to ease up on the symptoms. Lost 13 pounds total... I know I was still detoxing and will try again in a month or two.
