I'm very sorry about your difficult situation.
Unfortunately you are not the first person to report such things and some have gotten improvements.
This is the most encouraging report I've come across in the detox groups. I share it to encourage you but I am not suggesting that it is likely you will get similar gains so quickly.

Members of the Cutler detox groups at Facebook and Yahoo can provide tips. Two of the yahoo moderators were almost as sensitive as you. You might ask for Josette to comment. She's still struggling but has a list of things to try.
Also you may need liver support. In the detox groups you'll learn about niacinamide and other things that may be helpful.
This former moderator of a yahoo detox group provided her list of most tolerable foods here.

She got much improved but over many years, longer than she thought when she posted this.

I'd stay away from lipoic acid and other things that kick up mercury until you stabilize the situation.
DMPS tends to be the best tolerated mercury chelator in very sick people but I would not expect you to tolerate more than 5mg doses.
