For reflux just drink warm water like you drink tea.

Rest is very important during afast. Do best you can to rest.

Great job so far, and especially for the first fast.

Knowing that you eat badly is a good thing, after you complete your fast, try to be on plant based diet. Also consider doing kidney, colon and liver cleanses. This will detox all your organs and afford you to be healed live a healthy life.
