did you even read his post? he said he quit alcohol and smoking overa year ago...

i'm on day 7 here...everyday i wake up with severe fatigue. takes all my willpower just to throw myself out of bed.

i feel its worth it though, i feel a change coming soon.

maybe switch from tap water to spring water. has the natural minerals n vitamins you need. but looking at me i dunno. haha

my writing is clearer, my thinking feels faster. pun intended? haha
