I personally think you should try the laxative tea at least once to see how it works for you (it makes me cramp, so I don't usually drink it) but you can just do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every day, that is what I do.

Re: going to the bathroom every five minutes - after the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) works its magic, you should not be going to the bathroom that much other than peeing. However, be warned - what may seem like a need to pass gas is usually NOT and it could be ugly.
