I asked my mom (she is a doctor) and she told me that the cause could be water retention and I shouldn't worry about it.
Also, I had been a vegetarian for 3 years and during the last few weeks I was eating almost vegan... so your fourth point might also be the reason.
Thank you again!<3 I was worried yesterday and now I feel very good (enjoying some water melon).
