No my skin is not better and my liver or gallbladder is hurting. White Shark has told me several times to do a Liver Flush and I have not. My mouth is dry now.

My heart wants to go to 11 days but I don't think that's best. I may break it tonight and do a liver cleanse with oil and lemon and Epsom salt. I'm in so much pain. It did not start until after the funeral I had a long walk to the car in the blazing sun. This is awful.
