Belle, I admire your personal insight and your ability to differentiate your emotional and physiological needs like that.

My condolences to you - it must be a real test to go through today while putting your body to the challenge.

Yes - I too was not ready to stop at this stage - I was more determined than ever. Towards the end I just wanted to make my family happy and the mineral thing (severe itchiness and cramps which usually always show severe lack of minerals.

Im feeling inspired to go dry again some time verrrrrry soon... great stuff...
I am really hoping you reach your goals. Have you notice a diff in your skin?
