Thank you Archus for your replies. Fourth day is over for me, feeling quite fine. Today i ate few boiled eggs, for some reason had a craving for them, i think that's fine, they are easy digestible. One strange thing is that my stomach looks like is doing better job than my gut, stomach is all fine and empty while gut looks like is in middle of his job and in moments not that happy. Maybe i overeat. Was trying today to drink more kefir and yogurt instead of eating fruit to boost gut work, but not sure did it have any difference.
