5 days isn't long so hopefully you are fine. One thing I've wanted to try and find on the internet is people who have gotten worse after fasting. I have been more fatigued after fasting but less achy, and a rash is less than it was.

I still believe in it, maybe sometimes the symptoms can get worse when the body starts to push things out.
