If it is difficult for you to only use 6 lemonades a day, have more. Don't make it like a torture treatment!!
People do different things for bowels. Some swear by the salt water flush. I take a lax tea at night and do enemas in the mornings, when doing the MC. Sometimes bowels move in the am with no enema.
