Hello everybody. I tried Water Fasting to relieve my sciatica pain and the pain kind of dwindled down to almost nothing after about 12 days of water fasting. After 17 days I just couldn't take it anymore and started to re-feed on just Watermelon eating only a few ounces every few hours. The interesting thing is that on the same day as the re-feed the sciatica pain also returned. Anybody know how and why these two might be related? I plan on trying inversion therapy next but I wonder if there's something else going on here.
