Just about through 24 hour fast

Every day I eat and drink like its the last day before a long fast, I eat soooooo much, but then I dont do the fast, so now I will just take one day at a time, and each day try to fast and if I dont, then at least eat tiny amounts and healthier choices, wish I would have done it this way a long time ago
