I don't think you will gain it all back when you drink just water - yes some water weight... but not all... It burned the fat to attain the water, it didn't extract it from the fat cells.
I sipped 600mls over 2 days, then slowly increased and my weight kept dropping until only just yesterday! even though I had been eating for 3 days!
so if you loose a total of 17lbs... I don't think you can hydrate that about..
At the most you might add 3lbs of water weight... but thats not an issue..
Make sure when you are able to sip mineral water... I put himalayan salt, bicarb, potash, calcium, phosphorus
Epsom Salts or a magnesium capsule spilt open in a big glass of water and take baby sips intermittently - You feel instantly revitalised... don't gulp it and just keep topping it up and diluting it. Just baby sips. It was very refreshing after dry fasting!
In terms of length... The most on record is 18 (so lets consider that a long shot - near death)
I hear 2-4 mostly done by many people - so average...
and a few people do 7-14... so I would say that would be considered a long dry fast.
Remember its three times as potent, up to three times the ketosis, and your body is cleansing and BURNING its debris.... so whatever days you are on - say day 2... times it by 3 which = equivalent to 6 days of water... compared to how rancid one feels after 6 days of water dry fasting is a breeze.
I did 7 - which was around 21 days water... the recovery is no where near as gruelling!
Hope your day is lovely and fasting is benefiting your mind, soul, spirit, body and your thoughts!
