This is the night of my 3rd day of the Master Cleanse. For the first time I feel very tense, nervous, and stressed. I didn't drink enough of the mixture and I think that's why... Aside from this,

I have a question about this statement I noticed on top of this forum web page:


"In some people fasting will promote formation of intrahepatic stones and gallstones.
flush your liver before and after every fast, to prevent formation of large stones."


When I read The Master Cleanse there was no mention about this. Should I stop my cleanse because of this concern or cross my fingers and hope that this does not pertain to me? I wish I had "flushed my liver" (what does that mean?) before I did this cleanse but since I have not is there any reason to worry? Do any people who have done The Master Cleanse experienced stones as a result? I'm very concerned!
