Thanks Archus and Pineapplehead.

I'm 31 hours in and I must say it's totally different from water fasting. I have had hot flashes ... well more like heat waves going through my body. With WF I'm usually freezing.

But strange enough, I feel at peace. Like the only thing worth concentrating on is the present.

Day 1 ... during the evening I was very sleepy.

I checked my weight before bed last night I was 180.2. I only went to the bathroom once. No stools yesterday.

So day 2 is here... I will read the link as soon as I get to work Pineapplehead so we can discuss.

I must be deep in Ketosis already my tongue is coated and my breath is horrendous lol
