Hi everyone,

This is my first post on this website, although I've been reading forums for a while! I am quite desperate to heal myself because I feel terrible about my appearance. I suffered with facial Acne on and off before and during puberty, which has drastically improved since I switched to a natural skincare routine. I am now 21 years old. I recently went through some life changes, including moving back home to be with my sister and 1.5 year old nephew. When I had my own apartment, I was completely immersed in a natural lifestyle, including products and clean eating. Since leaving my job in a different city and moving into a stressful situation, my eating habits are worse than ever and I am not sleeping nearly enough. It's been almost a month and a half and I am going crazy because out of nowhere, my chest, shoulders and back are covered in acne. Has anyone experienced a random onset of Acne and how did you heal? Any tips and advice are much appreciated. TIA!
