It may be the fruit. I had the same issues. Fruit is not a good idea for a lot of people. Especially watermelon. It digests so fast and has to be eaten alone. You have to wait for hours before you eat anything else after it. It starts to ferment in there if you are having digestive issues.

Maybe stop eating fruit for a week and see how you feel.
