Today I had a gain of .6 pounds. I just want to make sure that I am doing this correctly and that I am not missing any signs. Any insight would be helpful!

I am drinking 3-4 glasses of lemonade a day (I need to increase this to 6)
I am drinking 64+ oz of water
I am exercising at least 30 min
I am drinking the tea at night
I am doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) on the morning of weekends and taking the tea in the morning at night

I am beginning my 5th day. Yesterday was the first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) b/c I didn't have to work.
