I have never heard of doing a Water Fast to cure EC, so that's why I've never tried it. However, I did fast for half days in the past. I still had EC, but it was in better condition than it is now. So maybe there's something there, but I can't say for certain because at the time I was also vegan. And being vegan, I basically was on a gluten free diet. I am currently back on a gluten free diet. So if I see any improvements, I'll let you know. But so far, nothing has changed. And it has been about 2 months.
