Ever since my 2nd LF, my blood Sugar had been running higher in the morning than it normally does. I am also taking Milk Thistle Tincture and Paragone. Could one or both of these products make my blood Sugar higher?

I am considered pre-diabetic, unfortunately. And I have been taking Fortamet to try to stay away from full blown diabetes. My blood Sugar fasting normally runs around 118 to 120. Since my last flush it has been running around 137 fasting. Sunday morning as I was wrapping up my 2nd flush, it was running 163 and I hadn't eaten since 2:00pm Saturday.

I hope someone might could help me sort this out. Thanks for your help!
