Started coffee enemas again. I'm still a beginner. I've only done a few. I always do two back to back. I split my batch (2 cups of water, 2 tbsp of coffee) for the two enemas so 1 cup each. I hold each enema in for 20mins each time. Is that even enough to get results? I know others are using 1+ quarts. I have a hard time holding the enema in, that's why I only use 2 cups of water and split them up. I'm going to try adding an extra cup of water in next time. I'm just curious if doing so little of the coffee enema makes any difference or does it only start to work once I can use/hold x amount of water.
